Conditions for refund

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you will be able to return this product. After 14 days you are unfortunately too late and you can no longer return.
• To return your purchase, your item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging.

 

How to return?

To initiate a return, please contact us through mail: info@rvnche.com

Please send us an e-mail which explains why you want to return your product and your proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions about how and where to send your package.

Once we have received the product back in its original state including box, you will receive the paid amount back into the respective account within 2 working days. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product(s).

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or comments about your item.

Returns on items ordered in the sale or with a discount code can only be accepted in exchange for a replacement or voucher.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund too.

Returns of items that have been used and/or removed from their packaging may be subject to a restocking fee. This surcharge can vary up to a maximum of 20% of the initial purchase amount. We recommend careful consideration of whether the product meets their expectations before opening the packaging to avoid unnecessary charges.
