Shipping & Tracking
RVNCHE ships orders using trusted carriers. Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination and selected shipping method. Once an order ships, tracking information is provided and serves as confirmation that the order is in transit.

Please note that tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing. Customs delays, inspections, duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. These circumstances do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or return.

Missing, Damaged, or Not Received
Claims regarding missing, damaged or incomplete orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery and require supporting documentation, including clear photographs and order details. Damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the items inside are complete and undamaged.

If tracking shows an order as “Delivered,” customers must first check the delivery location, household members, neighbours and any designated safe place. The customer may also be required to contact the carrier and provide supporting information so that an investigation can be opened. Claims must be submitted to RVNCHE within seven days of the recorded delivery date.

If an order has not been received and tracking has not been updated, RVNCHE may open an investigation with the shipping partner. A resolution will be determined once the investigation has been completed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 3 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Processing
Orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional periods or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer. Tracking confirmation constitutes proof that the order has been prepared for shipment.
