SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time is different for each country, for Europe it can take up to 1-3 days, outside Europe it takes at least 2-4 working days.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

On business days your order will be shipped within 24 hours, if you place your order during the weekend, your order will be shipped the next business day.

When shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number of your package, so you can easily track your order. For this purpose, we will use the e-mail address you entered during the checkout process.

I haven't received my order, what should I do now?

We are sorry to hear that your package has not been delivered yet, but don't worry! Always check the tracking link you received by e-mail. The estimated delivery time may have changed, or you may have entered the wrong address by mistake.

Are you sure the delivery address is correct? Then check your e-mail to see if you received a message from the delivery company. It may be that the parcel has been delivered to your neighbours or at a service point. It can also happen that the delivery time has been rescheduled. Make sure you keep a close eye on your tracking number to avoid any problems.

If there is a problem with the delivery of your order or your parcel has not been delivered, please
contact us. We will find out where your parcel is and ensure a speedy delivery.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will automatically receive an e-mail with further details, for this we use the e-mail address that is used for the order. This e-mail will automatically include a track & trace code, with which you can easily track your package.

I have accidentally used the wrong delivery address, what should I do now?

Everyone makes mistakes, so this is absolutely not a problem! Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible so we can sort this out for you. Please note that this may mean a longer shipping period than we are accustomed to.

Do I have to pay any import duties on my order?

If you place an order outside the EU, customs fees may apply. For orders placed in countries within the EU, no customs fees will be charged.

What are the benefits of creating an RVNCHE account?

A RVNCHE account makes ordering easier and more efficient. Your address data are filled in automatically and all your orders can be found easily in the same place.

Where do I create my account?

Please click on 'My account' at the top right of our website. To register, all fields marked with an * must be completed.

What types of payments do you accept?

RVNCHE accepts the following payments:

iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, Paypal, Sofortbanking, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX en Visa Mastercard.

Are there any additional costs associated for my order?

Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional charges. Countries outside the European Union to which shipments are made may be subject to additional charges added by local customs. These costs will not be covered by us.

Do you store my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. Your data is completely safe.

My payment has failed. What should I do now?

There may be some issues:

Did you get the message 'Payment failed' after you completed the payment procedure? There are a few solutions: delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us.

If you have used a credit card that is not linked to your shipping address, the order will automatically be cancelled to prevent fraud. Depending on the payment method you will receive a refund within 1 to 5 working days.

If your bank account has been debited and the order has failed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start processing the order. Send us a screenshot of the payment and we will send you the product(s).

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you can return this product.

After 14 days you are unfortunately too late and you can no longer return. To return your purchase, your item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate my return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rvnche.com.

Please send us an e-mail explaining why you want to return your product and your proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we have received the product back in its original condition including the box, you will receive the paid amount in your account within 14 working days. The shipping costs of the returned product are not covered by us.

My return has been with you for over 14 days, but I have not had any further updates. What should I do now?

We're sorry to hear that you haven't heard about your return, please contact us and we'll make sure it gets sorted out.

How long does it take to get the money paid back into my account?

As soon as we have received the return shipment, the paid amount will be refunded to the account with which the payment was completed within 14 days. Should this not be the case, please contact us.

Is it possible to exchange my received product for another one?

This is certainly possible. The same applies as to the return policy. Please send the product you received back to us. As soon as we have received this product in good condition, we will contact you and the process can continue.
