What you'll need:

• A ruler
• A ring that fits comfortably

Measure the inside diameter of your ring in millimeters, from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge. Use the widest point of the ring and round your measurement to the nearest size shown in the chart.

Once you've found the diameter, simply match it with the size guide above to determine your correct ring size.

Between two sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
